Designed for use on Coil-Over Suspension Components.
Manufactured for 3/16" and 1/4" HSLA Steel (Twice the strength of convention Mild Steel)
Designed directly from Dana/Jeep Provided 3D CAD Models for a great fit, and Clearence'd to surrounding factory components.
Formed Sheetmetal Construction for less Welding than some competitors Trusses.
Less Welding, saves time, money, and less Axle Distortion due to Heat buildup.
Designed to Bridge the FAD/CAD (front axle disconnect) which has been a Known weakness of these axles.
Includes Inner C Gussets, upper and lower. Upper bolts to Factory Housing prior to welding.
Since space is limited during High-Articulation events, a low-profile design was incorporated.
No worries on the Axle Housing for up to 40" Tires.
